Purpose

The purpose of this training is to introduce attendants Balanced Scorecard which is a strategic performance management methodology and also give information about how it can be used along with business process management within an organization. It is also explained how the performance indicators which are used often in Balanced Scorecard methodology can be improved by using business process management techniques.
