Dear customers, potential customers, employees and business partners
Business life is changing day by day. Beyond keeping up with this change, creating organizations that will lead the change becomes the most important function of all managers. Management is no longer just a science, but increasingly includes art and advanced technology. As such, it is no longer easy to manage organizations with high performance. But on the other hand, it is a very enjoyable challenge.
We, as KPI Consulting, set out in 2003 to support the efforts of managers who want to develop their organizations with extraordinary methods, with extraordinary practices. Until then, it was our dream to realize a very important subject that we learned as a result of our experiences in different sectors and companies and our Industrial Engineering education; “Management is the totality of efforts to improve the performance of the organization, and practices in all areas must be managerially integrated.” With this in mind, we carry out research and development studies, projects, trainings and software implementation studies in a wide range, especially in the public, banking, retail, aviation, service and production sectors, in order to adapt the management methods that have been widely used in the world until today, to our country's organizations.
None of the work we have done so far has been carried out with the same content. We have always developed tailor-made solutions suitable for the organization. The methodologies, training contents or software we use in our projects have been selected and implemented in accordance with the organization. In this framework, for example, while improving processes in an organization, we used the Kaizen method and MS Visio as software, while in another project, we used ARIS as software, acting with the BPR method. So we are from method, software etc. We offer independent consultancy services. The only thing we depend on is the benefit and satisfaction of our stakeholders, especially our customers.
The business life in the coming period will not be managed with the knowledge and experience gained in the past. Competences such as decision making under uncertainty, continuous learning and development by thinking purposefully, corporate innovation, digital leadership, human capital management in the information age, and creative design in every field will need to be developed organizationally for management functions that will produce high performance. We, with our extraordinary employees, are in line for extraordinary organizations by leading this development and constantly reviewing and developing our main working areas in strategy, performance, process, human resources, informatics, risk, cost and budget, quality, project in order to improve the corporate performance of organizations. We will continue to produce external solutions.
